Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect product, you must report the issue to our support team within 7 days of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof for verification purposes.
After inspection and approval by our quality assurance team:
- A replacement may be issued
- Store credit may be provided
- A refund may be processed if replacement is unavailable
Voltify.pk reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported issue before approving any claim.
Return Inspection Process
All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection process upon arrival. Refunds or replacements will only be approved if the returned item is received in its original condition and complies with our return policy requirements.
Products returned with missing accessories, damaged packaging, physical wear, or signs of usage may be rejected.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund Process
Once the returned item passes inspection and approval:
- Refunds will be processed within a reasonable business timeframe
- Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method where applicable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
